If you are registering for the first-time to subscribe as an Ads User you will need to be confirmed and approved to post a classified ad or list a sale event. Please keep in mind, to follow Carmichael Marketplace’s purpose to provide an honest and simple “classifieds style” platform registration procedures must be followed.

HOW TO………….

 

POST A CLASSIFIED AD OR POST A SALE INTO THE HOME PAGE CATEGORY

Step by step guide:

  1. Click the Registration Page and fill out the form completely, read the terms and check the box, submit the form.
  2. Once confirmed and approved open Login Page and login. The website will reload and indicate that you are logged in as …on the red top bar click on Site Admin this will open your dashboard.
  3. Next scroll over Posts and click on Add Post. This will open the Add Post Form.
  4. Fill in the forms: Title: Give your ad a Title (Example Table for Sale) if it’s a Sale (example Garage Sale). Paragraph: Describe your item for sale or sale posting. Include important information such as condition, price, whether local pickup or shipping available, fee for shipping, sales tax (if applicable), location of sale, date of sale, time of sale, how to contact seller for payment and pickup location and terms of sale.
  5. Add up to 10 images. (Images are not required).
  6. Next fill in forms phone, email and zip code. (These are required)
  7. Review Terms to make sure your ad or sale post is compliant.
THESE NEXT STEPS ARE VERY IMPORTANT 
  1. On the right-side bar check the appropriate Category. Marketplace Ads for classified ad or Marketplace Sales for sale ad are required. (Check only the appropriate one). All other categories are optional. If you do not see your zip code but want to have it added please contact us on the Contact Page.
  2. Above Categories you may save as Draft, Preview or Publish your ad. If you’re a new Ads User your first ad will need to be approved or corrected and then published by our review department.
  3. Lastly be patient, as the classified ads department works together with the Ads User community to make the process run as smooth as possible

POST A SALE EVENT ON CARMICHAEL MARKETPLACE SALES BY LOCATION MAP

Step by step guide:  

  1. Go to Carmichael Marketplace Sale Map page. 
  2. Click the + sign in upper right corner of map. 
  3. Register, please fill in all requirements then check the box to agree to terms of use. 
  4. Once you are confirmed and approved “login” on the Login Page or in the upper right corner on the Red Header Bar.
  5. Go to Map Page and click on the + sign.
  6. Type in the Title of Sale (example, Garage Sale, Estate Sale, more).
  7. In the search for address bar type in your complete address (number, street, city, state, zip code).
  8. Click on the map to set your marker flag.
  9. Scroll down and fill in the address, state, zip code and description about the Sale event (all are required). Be sure to follow the terms of use guidelines.
  10. You have the ability to add up to 5 photos (not required).
  11. Click submit.
